With a view to provide convenience to its valued domestic Customers, MNGL has offered the facility of Name Transfer to them. The Customers can put up an application seeking Name Transfer under the following conditions

• Sale of Flat
• Mortgaged flat
• Rental/Leased Flat
• Death of registered Customer
• Transfer from the Builder to Flat owner
• Inheritance of property or succession

In order to initiate Name Transfer request, a form is required to be filled by the Customer along with the required documents and a charge of Rs 250/- (Inclusive of Taxes as applicable) can be paid through cheque at the following address:
